I recently stayed at Boutique City & Boutique Bravo in Pattaya for a few nights. The staff were all friendly and spoke English well. I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed my joiner to stay for free, even though there was a sign stating there would be a charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of both Asian and European options. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and Walking Street. I also appreciated the convenience of having markets and street food nearby.
